Terms of Use (EULA)
The agreement that governs your use of Nomadise, including passes and subscriptions.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Nomadise you agree to this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the app. Nomadise is a network for people taking working trips. You must be at least 18 years old to use Nomadise.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Do not impersonate others, harass members, post unlawful content, or attempt to defeat our safety systems. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
Passes and subscriptions
Nomadise offers optional non-renewing 7-day, 30-day and 3-month passes, plus monthly and annual auto-renewing plans. Prices are shown before purchase. Auto-renewing plans continue for the stated period unless renewal is turned off before the end of the current period.
Managing or cancelling a subscription
You can manage or cancel a subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store account settings (iOS) or Google Play subscriptions (Android) after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their refund policies. Requests for store-processed purchase refunds must be directed to the App Store or Google Play.
User content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Nomadise a licence to host, display and distribute that content within the service so the app can function. You are responsible for the content you share and must have the rights to it.
Service availability
Nomadise is provided as available. Features may change as the network develops.
